Times-Union Concert Review
“Opening the show with his wife-powerhouse vocalist Teresa Williams and the rhythm section, Campbell pulled double-duty, rippin’ it up on Johnny Cash’s ‘Big River’ and his own country waltz ‘Midnight Highway,’ as well as an exquisite solo guitar instrumental rendition of Turlough O’Carolan’s melancholy Celtic ballad ‘Blind Mary.'”
“And when Williams unleashed her vocal cords at full blast on the gospel nuggets ‘If I Had My Way (Samson & Delilah)’ and ‘Keep Your Lamp Trimmed and Burning,’ they nearly stole the show from the headliners.”

Larry Campbell Interview at Luthiers Showcase
“Larry Campbell, three-time Grammy winning producer and recipient of a Lifetime Achievement Award by the Americana Music Association for his work as an instrumentalist, still has the $12.95 Sears & Roebuck guitar on which he taught himself to play.
‘I’ve certainly graduated from there,’ he says – pointing to the Stefan Sobell acoustic guitar acquired in the ’70s while on tour with Bob Dylan in England and the Linda Manzer baritone acoustic guitar purchased while on tour with K.D. Lang in Canada in the mid-’90s – although his Martins are his workhorses of choice.
‘I’m enamored with well-made guitars and in awe of the people who make them.'”
